Hello again! This is Izzy, the 'busy bee'.... :-) January, February, March...our bees are 'wintering' (different than hibernating!), and are consuming all the honey that we left for them (about 1/2 of what they produce) so they can keep healthy and warm until late February or early March, when they start flying again, seeking the early tree pollen, and the Queen starts laying eggs.

And meanwhile, what do we humans do? We get sick! :-) flu! cold! cough! sneeze! oh man! the virus season is high... have you ever seen a flu-ish bee? Me neither...:-) maybe that's because they feed on honey! Did you know that honey has amazing properties?

Medical data shows that honey have strong wound healing, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antiviral, and antidiabetic effects. It also retains immunomodulatory, estrogenic regulatory, antimutagenic, anticancer, and numerous other vigor effects. Data also show that honey, as a conventional therapy, might be a novel antioxidant to abate many of the diseases directly or indirectly associated with oxidative stress (don't just take it for me, you can read a full medical review with tons of data to prove it, see it here...

Beyond and above all the medical information... it just, tastes good! Spread in bread, with cheese, to sweeten tees or lemonades, over yogurt, with hot milk or infused with...garlic! Anyway is a good way to enjoy honey. Which one do you prefer? Light, floral, spicy and fresh, like our spring honey, or deeper, cinnamon, 'warm' and more aromatic, like our summer honey?

We still have some few pots from the last harvest, spring & summer honey.

Do you want to order? just read the QR code here down with your telephone, and send us a whatsapp. Or an SMS. Or an email. That easy!!!

We delivery personally, and eco-friendly (on foot, or by bycicle. Well, if it rains a lot, then by tram :-) ). 500 gr - 15 CHF. Looking forward hearing from you!

Izzy the busy bee :-)
