Here are some ideas of how to use Honey....
Over desserts...

Cheese (from Brie to Munster....)
Pancakes
Fried curdled milk
Berries or with a
honey -lemon-mint yogurt dip
just with natural plain Yogurt
Kefir -let me know if you have spare one!)
Marlenka (honey cake)
Honey-glazed almonds
Over (or with) other dishes....

Costrini of goat cheese with Walnuts & honey
Filo pastries of cottage cheese & honey
Asian chicken wings sprinkled with honey & sesame
Blue cheese tartalets with honey
Grilled shrimps with honey & lemon
Honey mustard glazed carrots (or butternut squash!)
Honey lemon roasted chicken
Honey-ginger (or honey-soja) roasted salmon
Honey-orange pork tenderloin
Sooo many ways of enjoying Honey. I also use a full spoon on the dough when I bake bread. It makes it sooo fragrant! Do you want to know how to cook any of these dishes? just let me know.
